If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Ticche & Bea you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is post-marked within 15 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in their original condition. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.
Please note that any custom-ordered items (such finished quilts) are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they are not made to specification. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you've received a gift from us and would like to exchange it, you are welcome to do so for store credit (provided the item was not personalized or purchased on sale). We will be happy to help you choose a replacement item: simply call us at 773-750-7001. Please note that you will be responsible for any new shipping charges or price increases.
